She has had a passion for the arts from an early age, enjoying drawing, painting, music, crafts, and photography. Jaree has studied (and continues to study) studio art, photography, graphic design and jewelry design. She has a distinct interest in use of the computer in the creation of art and loves to share her creativity. Photography has provided an unparalleled means for Jaree to practice her creative vision. Looking through the lens of her cameras, she is able to capture bits and moments of the world in interesting, new ways; the interplay of light and dark, as well as objects and people in their environment. Adding the computer to the creative process has allowed her to take this art even further, creating unique images, of even greater depth and emotion, not possible before. Design had been a natural blend with photography for Jaree, especially with her digital capabilities and artistic background. Her design work is a wonderful integration of words and images, to achieve the ideal visual piece. There is a balance point for every design project, where it comes together in just the right way. Jaree has a unique, elegant way of understanding how to achieve her client's vision with that balance. Working with Midnight Blue is fun! They believe in collaborating with their clients during every step of the project, so that ultimately the creative journey with them is as enjoyable as your final visual piece. Because every project is unique, the process begins with a complimentary consultation, so you can get to know them and they you. Based on this discussion, they will then give you a personalized proposal for your project, including the associated fees. Jaree is a long-standing member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP). She is also a juried member of The Best of Missouri Hands and founding member of the Lake Photographers Guild. Midnight Blue has locations in Maryland and Missouri. They are an eco-minded business and work hard everyday to bring their clients the very best in products and services that are also gentle to the earth. They are available for travel, as needed.
